Overview

◆ Material : PA46 reinforced with 25% glass fiber features thermal stability, high rigidity, high temperature resistance and low creep.

◆ Characteristics : Ultra-high heat resistance: HDT up to 280℃, far exceeding PA6/PA66, and can withstand SMT reflow soldering. Low creep / high dimensional stability: Excellent creep resistance at high temperatures, suitable for precision structural parts. High toughness at high temperatures: 25% glass fiber provides high rigidity and strength, with high performance retention at 150–200℃. Wear resistance and self-lubrication: Suitable for friction components under high load and high speed. High flowability: PA46 inherently features high flowability, facilitating the molding of complex thin-walled parts.

◆ Purpose : Electronics and Electrical: SMT connectors, LED holders, relay/switch housings, motor insulation parts. Automotive: Engine compartment sensors/connectors, turbocharger components, transmission gears/guides, thermal management components. Industrial: Pump valves, compressor parts, high-temperature gears, bearing cages.
